About The Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will take ownership of onboarding new clients, assist with the cross-selling of the Earnnest platform, and represent Earnnest at industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the introductory point of contact for all onboarding Earnnest customers, ensuring they fully complete initial onboarding requirements. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of newly onboarded clients business needs, objectives, and challenges while also understanding which Earnnest products best fit their business - all via clear, precise, and proactive communication establishing long-term client-relationships.  
  • Complete initially requested product delivery after onboarding requirements are met, including sit-down meetings with implementers to understand product functionality and needs. 
  • Set the stage for the introduction to the Success Team, with clear messaging around training and marketing needs as well as strong introduction to key customer points of contacts. 
  • Travel 10-15 times a year to industry conferences and trade shows, where you will represent our brand, engage with potential and current clients, and promote our innovative payment platform. Your role will involve networking, presenting product demonstrations, collecting critical Partnerships and Success leads, and fostering relationships within the real estate industry to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Master existing Earnnest tool and delivery suite, including Salesforce CRM, Support Tools, and key Notion product, delivery pages, and email templates, all in order to provide clients with their required features and marketing needs in a timely fashion. 
  • Engage in monthly cross-selling activities with existing clients to further drive adoption of the Earnnest payment suite. 
  • Collaborate closely with key Rev Departments - Success and Marketing - to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • “Can-Do” attitude, willingness to grow, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.
  • Demonstrated history of being a team player and the desire to jump in and roll up your sleeves as needed.
  • Ability to travel frequently (10-15 trips per year / 20-30% of time)
  • Experience in and understanding of the residential real estate industry and/or payment industries strongly preferred.
